Repositioning the Cannabis Lifestyle

Caan was at conception; the startup needed a name, identity and strategy to launch their cannabis brand. Canada had just legalized cannabis, and other businesses were quickly saturating the market. These cannabis companies all had the same focus, however. Product. BA took a different approach, focusing on the aspirational and storytelling.  A brand emerged that people identified with and wanted to be a part of.
