Guests write home about the towels, linens, and robes at Four Seasons properties. When the luxury hotel brand opened its online retail store to consumers, it needed help announcing the new extension of the business.
With four weeks to take the idea from conception to execution, BA created a unique campaign to highlight the variety of Four Seasons retail offerings. Each story began at a Four Seasons hotel and followed a guest using one of the featured products. each scene was match cut to the same guest enjoying the same product in an entirely different environment: their home. Blodwen Audrey Creative Director, Tim Dunkin, worked on a portion of this work during his tenure at Four Seasons.






The campaign produced six films, a lifestyle photoshoot, and product photography contributing to the e-commerce store and brand social channels centred around the idea of bringing luxury home.
